What characterizes me?
Openness, cheerfulness and sensitivity are the qualities that make it easy for me to respond to my counterpart with an open mind. I am passionate about practicing change of perspective. By listening to others in dialogue, it is very important to me to recognize their needs, make them visible and give them space.
In the organization and coordination of processes, I find it easy to keep the focus in mind and enjoy taking on different roles. I constantly question my values and thought patterns, am open to ideas and new directions and am willing to explore new paths.
A central aspect of my work is to make language visible. I make sure that we find common words and exchange what images and ideas are associated with them. Often the same words evoke different images. Recognizing and addressing these differences helps to avoid misunderstandings and enables clearer communication.
I believe that "the solution doesn't care about the problem" - and focus on finding workable and effective ways forward, regardless of the existing problems. In doing so, I support the development and implementation of individual solutions.
Through TBF as a learning organization, I recognize the value of individual competence development, which enables experience to be combined with new knowledge, to share it, to promote the network idea and to strengthen the we-feeling.
