To initiate discussions, I ask clever, ingenuous and sometimes uncomfortable questions. At the same time, harmonious cooperation is important to me: if my collaboration partners are satisfied at the end of the day, then so am I.

Fulfilment in continuous learning. Constructive feedback helps me continue my development. In turn, I enjoy helping others as a coach, be it in the office, on the yoga mat or in winter sports. I find fulfilment in all areas of life when I explore my limits, expand my abilities and am fully in the moment.
