Bernhard Buchli

As a mechanical engineer, I have a weakness for everything that moves, also in a figurative sense. Standing still means going backwards, and so I approach small and big changes positively.

An important reason for my satisfaction is the fact that I have never worked for a project that was the same as a previous one. In that sense, every assignment is a prototype, and that makes my work exciting. The interdisciplinary collaboration and the complexity in our projects are also important aspects.

I enjoy working with other people. Clients, operating staff, authorities, contractors, other engineering firms and of course my colleagues at TBF, everywhere I have contact with different people. As everything has a history, contacts also develop, which motivates me anew every day.
