What characterizes me?
I started my professional career as a specialist for wastewater treatment processes. Wastewater treatment plants are complex, highly synergistic systems that only work well with a holistic approach: that’s what inspired me.
I soon realised that effective and high-quality results are only possible if projects focus on a global vision from a high-altitude perspective. So I started to delve into the management of complex projects, as a facilitator for and with the client.
I find it fascinating to grapple with complex problems and search for strategies and solutions with an analytical and consensus-oriented approach. Challenges of all kinds allow me to experiment again and again, which makes my generalist profile even broader. At the same time I am constantly honing my professional skills. This fills my everyday work with different skill sets, activities and people. A continuous source of motivation!
