In addition to my enthusiasm for (power plant) technology, my main focus is on solving problems together and achieving a result that is satisfactory for all parties involved.

In my approach, I am very analytical and have a quick grasp. I keep the overview and am dedicated to the task at hand. This serves me very well as a project manager.

Professionally, my focus is in the area of power generation plants, be it electricity, steam or heat and here I now have almost 20 years of professional experience.

I approach other people with happiness and openness and this radiates back. This positive interaction makes daily project work immensely easier - whether with colleagues, customers or suppliers.

At TBF I have found a company where I can usefully contribute the whole portfolio of my competences and additionally, as a learning organization, I am allowed to broaden my horizon on a daily basis. I am very grateful for this.
