Juliane O'Brien

As a hydrologist, I am almost magically drawn to projects that are connected to H2O. As a client support, I am currently working on projects where flood protection measures, the rehabilitation of weirs and ecological replacement measures on water bodies are being planned. I also provide support in carrying out environmental impact assessments as required. In doing so, I can also expand my expertise in other environmental areas such as noise, air, flora and fauna.

No two projects are the same - and it is precisely this variety that makes it exciting. Sometimes there are certain hurdles to overcome, be it in the planning or realisation of a project, and that is precisely the challenge I face every day. The goal of having learned something again at the end of the day, be it professional or human, always fascinates me anew.

My calm and structured manner helps me to find a solution to every problem together with the client. I very much appreciate a harmonious cooperation both in the customer relationship and in the team at TBF.

I also work as an internship supervisor at TBF. I see the support of interns in their first professional experiences as a welcome change from the daily project routine.
