Miriam Roser
Project Manager, Project coordinator, Deputy Project Director
What characterizes me?
Having different balls in the air, identifying and prioritizing essentials: That's exactly what I'm good at. I like to take on responsibility and coordinate the various lines of action in such a way that the results are not only right in terms of quality, but also in terms of costs and deadlines. In day-to-day project work, I benefit greatly from my extensive soft skills from the field of nursing. I like it when a lot goes on and I know that it always works out somehow in the end.
I have been involved in multidisciplinary collaboration for about 20 years. I am particularly interested in communication, which can be very demanding. Here it is important for me to understand my counterpart and his needs - and also to question and develop myself.
In project work, too, it is central for me that we are allowed to meet each other as people. For me, an appreciative environment also means that I can accompany the people around me to get the best out of themselves.
