What characterizes me?
I have been working as an administrative assistant at the Zurich office since September 2015 and have gained extensive experience in invoicing during this time. However, my role goes beyond simply managing figures. I attach great importance to meeting monthly deadlines and preparing all invoices correctly and on time. To do this, I rebook hours, correct work reports and ensure that all important details are recorded accurately and promptly.
In addition to my affinity for numbers, I am also fascinated by working in a network. I have been a member of the project team since Network Services was founded. I chair the daily meetings and update the associated Miroboard to ensure that all relevant information is always available. Together with the other members of the project team, I organize get-it-done-days and retreats and ensure that the team spirit in the network lives on.
The opportunity to carry out all these tasks independently and autonomously suits my personality well.
