For me, good cooperation in the team is fundamental. I always understand, mediate and communicate openly. Thus, I take a central role as hub in team building.

In the project I act as a helpful, efficient and interested administrative support. Be it editing, finding deadlines, visually enhancing documents, support in project accounting or whatever else comes up: you can count on me. When it comes to fiddly solutions, I like to think outside the box. The mix of down-to-earthness and creativity helps me enormously to find and implement viable proposals.
