Givi Avaliani
Project Manager
What characterizes me?
At the age of 15, I participated in the Olympiad for Young Physicists, where I had my first practical encounter with electrical engineering. Since then, I have been passionate about this field. Since hardly anything works without electricity these days, I am always fascinated to be involved in interesting and significant projects.
As an electrical engineer, my tasks include planning various installations and coordinating projects.
In recent years, I have often had to find competent solutions in various critical project phases. I usually succeeded in this through close exchange with other project participants. This allowed me to make decisions that brought the project team closer to the goal. This experience showed me how important constructive cooperation can be. This was often a guarantee for success.
I would define my greatest strengths as my communication skills, ability to work in a team, and openness.
