What characterizes me?
Contact person for the team: I am the first point of contact for our project team and support them with administrative and organizational issues. Invoicing: My tasks include the timely and correct preparation and administration of invoices. Administrative tasks: This includes arranging appointments, editorial work, preparing invitations and minutes and other administrative tasks - I like to keep an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Support in event marketing: I plan and organize events in close cooperation with the marketing department. This includes the organization of university fairs and staff events, which I really enjoy and where I can be creative. My way of working is characterized by reliability and team spirit.
