Silke Bauer

Managing projects from planning to completion gives me great satisfaction. I find the variety of tasks within my fields of responsibility particularly exciting. The spectrum ranges from wastewater treatment plants to rail depots and office buildings. I constantly take on different roles in my work, from being the project manager in the office to the senior site manager at the construction site or serving a client-support role.

In project work, my focus is on bringing together different interests and points of view and harmonising the various different specialist disciplines to achieve an optimal solution. In these roles, I am well served in my everyday work by my experience and skills in project management as well as my broad-based specialist knowledge.

I bring a structured approach to the project workflow and my foresight enables me to take necessary steps in good time. Every day, I look forward to tackling exciting challenges within the team context and mastering them together.
