Openness, cheerfulness and sensitivity characterize my work and enable me to respond to my counterpart without bias. I am particularly fascinated by working in and on the system, as it makes the complexity of relationships and structures tangible. I am passionate about changing perspectives and rely on active listening to make needs visible and give them space.

In the organization and coordination of processes I keep an eye on the focus and enjoy taking on different roles. I continuously question values and thought patterns, am open to new paths and open myself up to creative diversions. Language plays a central role in this: I work together with those around me to find clear words whose meaning we develop through dialog. This helps to avoid misunderstandings and promote appreciative communication.

Driven by the conviction that "the solution doesn't care about the problem", I look for pragmatic and effective ways to develop and implement individual solutions. In my work at TBF, I experience the value of continuous skills development that combines individual learning with collective experience. This not only promotes the exchange of knowledge, but also a strong sense of unity - a foundation on which sustainable change can flourish.
