As a former top athlete, I prefer to act as part of a team and enjoy taking on ambitious challenges with a clear focus on the goal. My background in business economics helps me to look at projects from a holistic perspective, to take into account the needs of all parties involved and to design innovative solutions.

I count flexibility as well as creativity among my qualities and am particularly enthusiastic about the interpersonal relationships, which I encounter in our diverse and interdisciplinary TBF projects.

Furthermore, I appreciate the open interaction and the entrepreneurial freedom in my agile TBF environment. This motivates me to realize my full potential, develop new competencies and contribute to joint successes.
