As a project manager, I keep an overview of projects and quickly recognize connections. Instead of delving into the details, I support teams with an overarching look ahead. It is important to me that we are structured and goal-oriented and have the numbers under control.

I particularly enjoy initiating new projects: Bringing teams together and creating a framework so that a lively, motivated and efficient project culture is created.

I have a wide range of professional experience, currently mainly in public transport and civil engineering, waste recycling, district heating and organizational development. Project accounting** is often one of my main tasks. I appreciate the variety of analytical, strategic and organizational tasks - and the challenge of switching flexibly between topics.
