What characterizes me?
For me, trust and commitment are the basic ingredients for a successful collaboration. Only if we have a clear objective can we continue to take the next steps in this direction. I have great confidence in my employees and it is very important to me to actively promote their development. In general, I attach great importance to teamwork and also to fostering young colleagues, as this is the only way to ensure that we are well positioned in the long run.
I consider it a great privilege that my everyday work is filled with joy and enthusiasm. Openness and pragmatism are two attitudes of mine that serve me well in the hectic project business, and I also like to pass them on to others as well. As a troubleshooter, I rely in equal measure on my willingness to learn and reflect and my ability to tolerate uncertainties and give them the space to develop.
