I see myself as a caretaker for our customers. With perseverance and tenacity, I also take on less popular topics that I am passionate about.

I like the diversity of the different projects and project phases in which I am involved and can learn something new every day. At the same time, I bring in-depth know-how with me, for example in the approval phase or in the area of land acquisition.

In general, I enjoy structuring and coordinating projects. My strategic approach with a constant eye on deadlines and project goals helps me to do this. Setting solution-oriented goals in dialog with different stakeholders is important to me, because it's about uniting different interests for the common good.

My enjoyment of knowledge transfer goes beyond the project phases: it is important to me to make experience gained accessible for other projects and to support colleagues in taking responsibility themselves.
