My approach is pragmatic: quick, practicable answers instead of perfect but delayed solutions. As a support manager in internal IT, I face new challenges every day and use them to continuously expand my skills.

Thanks to my quick perception, I recognize the potential of new tools and use them in a targeted manner. It is also important to me to understand the people behind the technical challenges and to always adopt a supportive attitude.
