I bring structure to chaos: In my projects, I quickly start to cluster, find images and gain an overview. I like to take the coordinative and organisational lead and am passionate about teamwork. I want to move other people and pass on my knowledge to them. At the same time, I am very inquisitive myself and want to learn from my counterpart.

I bring a wide range of experience from the areas of marketing, sales, event and project management with me in my rucksack. ** Thanks to my many years as a national and key account manager, I also have a lot of negotiating skills and can pick up different people exactly where they are at the moment.

I now get to apply these skills in TBF's management consultancy. My motto: The more diverse the projects, the better! I am happy when I can combine my feeling for people and economic contexts in new contexts and develop myself in the process.
