Whether in my private or professional life: understanding my counterpart is important to me. For me, it is about being able to understand the inner images that lead to certain actions and opinions in a non-judgemental way. I am interested in people and what motivates and drives them. I am convinced that empathy enables efficient communication and thus conflicts can be avoided.

I am interested in holistic, sustainable solutions. This includes the systemic view of conditions, processes and long-term consequences. Successful projects are characterised by the fact that all those involved develop a common understanding and look boldly and with foresight into the future.

Through my broad education, I interweave technology, business and social sciences. Coupled with my rich professional and life experience, I value varied, multidisciplinary activities in a multidimensional environment.
