Damien Grandjanny

I trained as a mechanical engineer, and as soon as I left school, I turned to managing industrial plant construction projects in various industrial sectors: nuclear, cement and now waste incineration.

Having joined TBF in August 2017, I'm putting my 20 years' experience in multidisciplinary project management to good use**, in the different phases of projects (preliminary design, studies, realization, construction, commissioning). In my approach to projects, I place customer satisfaction at the forefront, ensuring that projects are carried out with respect for quality, costs and deadlines, but also for safety, while bringing TBF's experience to bear on technical subjects related to waste incineration plants but not only.
