I am a passionate recruiter with over six years of experience in recruitment. After my studies at the hotel management school in Lucerne, I quickly found my way into recruitment, where I can also put my service orientation to good use.

My strength lies in my ability to communicate with people at eye level and to gain their trust through my authentic manner. My hands-on mentality** and down-to-earth attitude set me apart. I am ready to actively tackle problems and find solutions.

With my positive and optimistic nature, I hope to attract many new colleagues to TBF and be there for them as a trusted advisor in the long term. I also bring this enthusiasm to the outside world and support our customers with recruitment and sourcing issues.
