What drives me is the desire to design projects that focus on people. Working on projects that combine complex technical challenges with people's needs allows me to put my technical knowledge at the service of a sustainable future. Through collaboration and the involvement of all those involved, visions are created that we jointly translate into decisions and ultimately into concrete solutions. It fulfills me to be part of this creative and diverse process.

I particularly appreciate the interdisciplinary exchange and dynamic collaboration, which allows me to develop professionally and continuously learn new things. I find it fascinating to delve into topics in depth while maintaining an overview at the same time.
