**As an expert for client mandates and as overall project manager, I have many years of experience in a wide variety of fields, whether renovation and reconstruction projects of railroad stations (e.g. in accordance with BehiG), double-track extensions, tunnels, engineering structures or railway-related buildings. Due to my diverse and broad background, I know both the client's side and the contractor's and project author's side. I maintain responsibility for programs or complex projects. I ensure the performance of all program and project participants with respect to cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, cost, quality, and schedules. Success in such wide-ranging and long-term projects is only possible if everyone pulls together: An appreciative approach to each other, open communication and a goal-oriented approach are therefore particularly important to me. Such cooperation and teamwork are simply a pleasure for me.
