What characterizes me?
In my role as project manager for rail depot facilities, industrial plants, traffic and logistics, I am interdisciplinary. This is where production, logistics and traffic topics combine with industrial construction, railroad construction, railroad technology and railway-related plant construction. The projects are characterized by the structural, operational and logistical requirements of the respective enterprise from industry and railroad environment.
Accordingly, a holistic view is necessary to successfully complete the projects from strategic planning to commissioning. Managing such comprehensive projects is a pleasure and challenges me as a project manager. The situational application of the disciplines "planning of process flows", "development of traffic and logistics concepts" and the "project planning of operational facilities" is fun. Advising and supporting the client on process-related and logistical issues rounds off my field of activity.
