What characterizes me?
**I find fulfillment in developing exciting projects in the area of conflict between technology, politics and administration. In addition to technology, I am fascinated by the interaction between people, organizations and their different interests. It is important to me that innovation and quality do not fall by the wayside.
As a generalist, I enjoy multidisciplinary cooperation; in my eyes, colorfully composed teams are an enrichment and a key to success. I am happy to support as a troubleshooter and help to give new momentum to muddled situations.
What pleases me most is when young colleagues take on tasks independently and on their own responsibility and inspire our customers.
I look forward to mastering exciting challenges together with our customers and our team and making projects fly.
