Through commitment and will to learn new things, combined with interest in railway technology, I developed a passion.

This accompanies me day after day, motivates me to face new challenges and to master them qualitatively/quantitatively. I am fascinated by developing ideas in cooperation with people and interests until they can be realised.

I consider the conscious use of resources to be a central success factor. To use the strengths of the individual project participants, **to encourage weaknesses.

The cooperative cooperation in projects is implemented at TBF. The promotion of young personalities, according to the motto "We see ourselves as a learning organisation", is reflected in my everyday working life and gives me optimal creative freedom as well as a creative & constructive environment for my career development.
