Kostadin Kochev
Project Manager, Architect
What characterizes me?
I ended up in architecture because I enjoy technology and the variety of projects that it opens up. I love challenges, which is why I have gone through the phases from project development to planning and realization. Through my previous experience, I have developed a holistic perspective that pays off, especially in overall management. This is also the reason why I ended up in an engineering office. Here I can really live out my curiosity and my urge to constantly discover new territory. Whether it's wastewater treatment plants, waste incineration plants, biogas plants or other plants: I get to work on everything here!
Of course, I'm delighted with the finished product at the end of the project. But I enjoy the work itself even more: The versatility, the collaboration across all trades, the change of perspective and working on the interfaces.
The reason for training as a fire protection specialist lies elsewhere: I've been part of the voluntary fire department since 2013 and know the subject at first hand - in the truest sense of the word. I also like the deliberate change of role there: as an architect, initiative and a considered approach are required. As a firefighter, I have to act at lightning speed and know exactly what my tasks are. Being able to do both in different situations helps me personally.
