Over the past 20 years, I have worked as a project manager on a wide variety of waste incineration plants around the world and have learned that even for three technically identical incineration lines, there are completely different problems to be mastered in each project phase.

Accordingly, I am already attentive in the preliminary project, am always critical and focussed until the handover of the plant, and also remain calm in stormy times in order to steer the project back into calmer waters.

I always keep an overview, like to take on challenges in which I can make a productive and concrete difference, preferably in a team with lots of contact with other people. I like to leave the theories and calculations to the specialists and take care of deadlines, costs and quality assurance.

I have a cooperative working style and like to actively contribute to the team. Trust and respectful interaction are very important to me.
