I like jumping in at the deep end! It motivates me to discover and learn new things. I approach other people and new subject areas with an open mind. I do this in a structured way and keep an overview even in chaos. Again and again I sharpen my eye for detail, there is so much to see...
As a generalist, I'm in the right place in the environmental sector. I like the combination of applying specialist knowledge and keeping an eye on the big picture. Biodiversity and sustainability are close to my heart and I enjoy finding suitable solutions to challenging problems. My pragmatic nature and a dose of optimism help me to do this.
