What characterizes me?
Settlement areas and the transport network have always formed the foundation of our civilization. The two building blocks have continued to develop over the centuries and overlapped more and more. Today they form a complex structure. I am fascinated by the interdependencies and in particular the complexity of the transport system. Through my studies in urban, transport and spatial planning, I have learned to understand these connections between the very different disciplines.
As a spatial planner, I make a significant contribution to the spatial development of civilization. We therefore have a great responsibility and can do a lot to create a sustainable future by conserving the land as a finite resource and promoting climate-friendly transportation systems.
Flexibility and openness to new ideas, but also critical questioning are therefore important qualities to have in urban, transport and spatial planning and I like to bring these to projects.
