Surprises, rapid change and having positive people with a sense of humour around me is what makes me flourish.

I love working in a collaborative network, sating my hunger for knowledge through learning and teaching, and constantly fostering the growth of myself and those around me through sharing.

I regard structures and conventions as there to be critically examined. Boldly leaping into uncharted waters and bringing others along with me is one of my specialities. I enjoy helping people find their way in a changing world, assisting them and coaching them with great empathy.

In my role as a facilitator, I enjoy listening to people, taking my counterpart seriously and treating each person with focus and sensitivity to their specific needs. By taking in the entire breadth of communication, I can get a sense of the person and work with a view to a solution.

I find it easy to build social contacts and create safe spaces where people can relate to one another. To do this I place great importance on trust and reliability.
