As a trinational civil engineer, I like to develop technical solutions that have a concrete impact on people's daily lives. I therefore feel at home in the varied and multidisciplinary projects of railway construction: every day is filled with new challenges and exciting tasks.

The many interfaces and coordination between the specialist areas fascinate me in particular and ensure that I am constantly learning. **Thanks to my curiosity and my multilingual and international background, it is easy for me to get involved with new colleagues, working environments and issues.

As a passionate mountaineer, the trust and sense of responsibility of all participants (individually and as a whole rope team) are enormously important to me. Only in this way can one overcome one's own limits and reach the common goal or complete the project successfully. I like the fact that everyone contributes their share to the realisation of the project, in a respectful cooperation and constant exchange.
