Interpersonal relationships are of great importance to me. For me, they are the starting point for development and learning processes. In a trusting learning environment, it is possible to view challenges as learning opportunities and to confidently acquire new competencies. As a teacher, I experience the creation of such learning environments as challenging and fulfilling at the same time. However, the greatest joy for me is the communal celebration of learning successes.

I like to help and appreciate it when I am allowed to support people in their personal development. It is important to me to respond to my counterpart and perceive personalities holistically.
