What characterizes me?
For me, supporting learning means creating spaces in which exchange is possible. Knowledge is not created in individual minds, but between them - where people share their ideas, question them and make new connections. Designing learning environments in such a way that this becomes possible inspires me again and again.
What does it take? Curiosity, sometimes the courage to take a step out of your comfort zone - and, above all, a relationship. Because only in a trusting environment can challenges be seen as opportunities from which new skills can develop.
As a teacher, organizational developer and project facilitator, I experience every day how enriching and challenging these learning processes can be. My empathy, my attentive listening and my ability to perceive needs and bring them together help me to shape learning processes in such a way that people feel understood and development becomes possible.
