Nico Schwab

After studying electrical engineering and gaining experience in vocational training, I found my role at TBF in interdisciplinary tasks. I bring my diverse interests and skills to working with people and projects. I am particularly fascinated by topics such as energy, mobility and collaboration of the future.

I am characterized by a quick grasp, an eye for detail and a strong need for order and understanding of the matter and at the same time love to surf the complexity without fully grasping it. In my search for the whys and wherefores, I am constantly discovering new connections, which in turn open up new possibilities.

In encounters, I am empathetic and interested in my counterpart. I approach people openly and use my powers of observation to move elegantly back and forth between networks - so I also feel at home in many interpersonal environments.
