I see challenges as an opportunity to grow and find innovative ways. My goal is to achieve sustainable and high-quality results with my team, always with a smile and a positive attitude that motivates me, especially in difficult situations.

My path at TBF began in 2020 with an internship in the areas of waste + energy. After completing my Master's degree in Atmosphere and Climate, I returned as a project engineer to expand my skills and actively contribute.

On a professional level, I am motivated by the opportunity to tackle and solve complex environmental problems. The variety of projects encourages me to broaden my perspectives and develop creative and innovative solutions. It is particularly exciting for me to see how my work can have a tangible impact on the environment and society.

The openness and constant dialog within the team as well as the continuous self-reflection allow me to grow not only professionally but also personally. I see challenges as opportunities to learn and innovate with the aim of achieving sustainable and high-quality results together as a team, always with a smile and a positive attitude that motivates me to give my best even in the most difficult situations.
