Christoph Rothenhöfer

Over the last 20 years, I’ve been responsible for structural engineering projects at every stage as an architect, overall project manager and building contractor. This has afforded me a wealth of experience that enables me to think and act in an integrated and target-oriented manner.

I love the diversity that comes with large-scale projects. I particularly enjoy the challenge of weaving together the greatly varying elements of a project to form a coordinated, balanced whole, with the assistance of a range of specialists. I’m happy to assume responsibility, even for large teams with diverse skills. The idea of enjoying shared success on a project is always a major motivating factor.

I particularly enjoy stakeholder management. I like being able to identify and suitably integrate all project participants and create trust through transparent communication – especially in the political environment.

At TBF, the project and the client are always the top priorities. Here, I can contribute my broad experience as an architect and entrepreneur in the best way possible.
