What characterizes me?
Building is my passion. Realizing a building together with a team and many other participants always inspires me anew and motivates me for further projects.
Finding the best solutions for the project and for the customer, with a constant eye on costs, deadlines and quality, is what drives me. My goal- and solution-oriented approach as well as my many years of experience in the construction industry, in the engineering office and on the client's side help me to achieve this goal.
An appreciative interaction between all parties involved, from the client to the craftsmen on the construction site, as well as communication at eye level, are important pieces of the puzzle for constructive cooperation and long-term project success. Thanks to my balanced and calm manner, I maintain the necessary composure even in hectic situations and keep an overview.
In addition to project work, I like to share my knowledge from my backpack of experience and support young colleagues on their professional path.
