I am committed to shaping a sustainable future in which people and nature both find their place. To this end, I want to develop holistic solutions that make ecological and economic sense and enable a social environment in which people can develop freely.

As a generalist with a multidisciplinary approach and an eye for different perspectives, I approach tasks with curiosity and openness. I can quickly grasp interrelationships, which enables me to quickly get involved in new issues. My strength lies in recognizing and linking interfaces in order to tackle complex problems holistically. A regular exchange at eye level, in which each person can contribute their strengths, is important to me. With my empathetic nature, I firmly believe that we can learn from each other and use synergies to make projects a success.
