What characterizes me?
More than 20 years ago, I was hooked - the topic of learning and development. Since then, it has never left me - this phenomenon, these miracles when people and organizations suddenly develop novel solutions in challenging situations.
On all levels I stimulate such processes, supported and reflected - for me, for our company and for our customers. I have a large network at my disposal, which always gives me clues as to which impulses are and will become relevant for learning.
In order to continuously document and reflect on learning processes, I use a Personal Learning Environment (ePortfolio). I have also networked this continuous development into my everyday life. In this process I was able to develop competencies in coaching, brain research, psychology etc. and of course this process is still ongoing - hopefully for the rest of my life.
