Olga Sapountzaki

I am particularly interested in project management for large infrastructure projects because this is where I can optimally apply and develop my skills. Above all, I am characterized by my organizational flair and my systemic thinking. I work in a goal-oriented manner and thus approach every problem constructively. In doing so, I approach new challenges in a relaxed manner, where I can bring my engineering know-how to bear. Flexibility is the key to innovative solutions for me.

I am an open-minded, curious person and appreciate human contact, which is why I enjoy working and acting in teams of different sizes. By cooperating with others, I can always learn something new. When working together, it is therefore especially important to me to understand and respect the strengths of each person and to be able to use them accordingly. Having lived in two countries, I love being in an international environment.
