Rena Salzmann
Project Engineer
What characterizes me?
From an early age, I was aware that the environment and people go hand in hand. Responsible use of our natural resources is crucial to preserving ecosystem services, safeguarding our quality of life and ensuring a future worth living for generations to come. It was therefore clear to me that I wanted to address these issues in my professional career and bring about positive change.
I enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams on various projects. I find the challenges of tightening legislation for wastewater treatment particularly exciting. I enjoy both technical and coordinating tasks. Due to my methodical way of working and my eye for detail, I am particularly good at project-related quality management.
I have the ability to quickly familiarize myself with new topics, which I partly attribute to my openness to challenges. I try to welcome these in both my personal and professional life in order to continuously learn and escape autopilot mode.
