Thore Schwarzer
Project Engineer
What characterizes me?
My former instructor once said to me, "Thore, I think you can learn anything and do it well. But at the end of the day, you need to know what makes you excited and satisfied." I think that's exactly what I've found! To be involved when something new is created and to see a successful end result gives me a lot of joy.
This is helped by my analytical approach and that I first want to understand the big picture. In a next step, I rely on intensive, proactive communication with my teammates to move forward together. In my projects, I can also rely on my hand for numbers. When working in a team, my empathy comes into play so that we distribute tasks need-oriented. I am currently applying my strengths to projects in the fields of civil engineering and transport - and look forward to getting to know other specialist areas in the future.
In addition, I am very enthusiastic, a quick learner, and find it important to seek feedback on a regular basis. With my knowledge of architecture and structural engineering, I can also cover this overarching perspective, combining both my creativity and interest in the technical.
