I have a passion for technology and I like to see when an idea turns into something concrete over time. Plant engineering is the ideal place for me to combine these two interests. Since I joined TBF as an intern in 2007, I have been able to advance to the level of overall project manager and have personally already helped shape various projects. Along the way, I have always been open to new ideas without losing focus on the field of plant engineering.

What I love about project management is working together with a team to find the best possible solution for the task at hand. I am happy to take responsibility and take over the coordination in our largely highly interdisciplinary projects. The mix of communication, psychology, decision-making and analytical thinking required for this is something I very much enjoy – whether in a team, with the client or with other parties.
