The most valuable thing that every person can do for the world is to work on his or her personal development. That is why I learn with great enthusiasm, whether on a professional or interdisciplinary level, in order to open up new worlds for myself as a result.

In my approach, I try to look at things with great empathy and from multiple perspectives. I enjoy not only analyzing challenges and complex situations, but also reflecting on myself in them. In the sense of self-leadership, I document the learning process in order to recognize points of connection and understand connections.

I prefer to walk this path together with other people, be it in dialogue, in tandem or in a team. I especially enjoy developing solution-oriented ideas in a collective, visualizing them and finding analogies to bring everyone involved along and let a contagious dynamic and energy flare up.
