Deborah Thomas
Project Engineer
What characterizes me?
I have been fascinated by technology and nature since I was a child. As an environmental engineer, I have turned my passion into a profession. My work in wastewater technology is solution-oriented and I like to take a practical approach. I try to present complex issues and content in a way that is understandable for people with different levels of expertise.
In my project work, I strive for the best possible interaction between people, nature and technology. In doing so, I attach great importance to the protection of natural resources and the rights and well-being of employees. Through close collaboration and open communication with all parties involved, I create an environment in which innovative solutions can emerge.
My passion for analyzing processes and considering different perspectives enables me to achieve sustainable and effective results. I also draw on the experience of my international activities in wastewater and recycling projects and incorporate this into my current way of working.
