In my roles, I constantly switch between personnel and financial perspectives, which gives me the opportunity to interact with very different people, topics and situations. It’s a good fit with my lightning-fast perception, my empathic nature and my eye for the essential. I place great importance on ensuring there is always added value thanks to my efforts – whether in projects or internally. With innovative and simple solutions, I hope to help us focus on our customers and their needs.

We want our employees to feel comfortable with us and to develop in a holistic way. As a football coach, I know how important the team is, both on and off the pitch! That’s why I like to pass the ball and let others take the shot. And if it doesn’t succeed on the first go, then we simply try again.
