Adrian Trachsel

As an executive and project manager, I have over 20 years of experience. This is within the context of planning and implementation of HVACSE/BA (over all phases) and ICE systems, including conversions, renewals and expansions. I am particularly proud of my significant involvement in the construction of over 20 thermal plants, waste incineration plants, district heating plants and lime kilns. I therefore also have a good understanding of the areas of process engineering. As a former operations manager of a waste incineration plant, I also know the concerns and needs of the operators and can therefore also incorporate this knowledge into the planning.

I am used to working in large and in some cases international project organisations with complex job scenarios: multidisciplinarity across all trades is part of my everyday work. I also act as a troubleshooter in the areas of implementation and commissioning. Independence and transparency are important to me in collaborative situations, and I am always pleased when I can guide employees to the point of taking on responsibility. I see myself as a team player: I enjoy it when everyone involved communicates openly and we all pull together.
