I like to look at a wide variety of topics from different angles in a multidisciplinary way. **I am therefore a generalist with all my heart! My strength is to dynamically change altitudes: from the big vision to the smallest detail and back. This with sensitivity and coordination skills, at the same time empathic and analytical.

Even as a child I couldn't leave puzzles unsolved - preferably number puzzles! Today I puzzle over complex questions concerning project costs, where my curiosity helps me just as much as my stubbornness. I handle communicative or creative tasks with tact and optimism. In all of this, I am committed to constructive cooperation and an environment in which everyone involved feels comfortable and can contribute: Whether it's the redesign of our office space or stakeholder coordination in a tram project.
