I am a passionate team developer and motivator. I enjoy supporting people, placing trust in them and motivating them by giving them opportunities to be actively involved and make a real impact. Making your own decisions is fun!
As a generalist I have a broad network of specialists around me and I know how to consolidate this extensive knowledge and turn it into real added value for our customers. I achieve this by persistently questioning common solutions and by promoting open communication without fear within the team.
The opportunity to lead our customers as a trusted advisor at TBF through the imponderables of complex projects motivates me every day.
